How to publish a real post

1. Open the Supabase dashboard and go to the Table Editor.
2. Add a row to the posts table with a slug (lowercase, hyphen-separated), a title, an excerpt and the post body in content (Markdown).
3. Set published_at to a date in the past or now. Rows without it stay drafts.

As soon as one post is published, this placeholder goes away.
